About

I have been teaching Meditation for over a decade. I have worked in hospitals in oncology and general wards, with patients and staff, in public and private schools with teachers and children, office/corporate environments, community centers and in private practice. I’ve seen first hand how the modalities I use can profoundly change people’s lives and this keeps me incredibly passionate about the work I do.  I want to reach as many people as possible, help them to live their lives in a more fulfilled, balanced and stress free way.

After years of study in India, Nepal, New Zealand, UK and the US, I began teaching Mindfulness and Meditation in 2007, became Registered Yoga Teacher in 2011, a Reiki Master in 2010, and an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist in 2012.

I studied as a Fine Artist in New Zealand, London and Madrid, my work can be seen here. I have created programing that allows everyone to access and benefit from their own personal creativity. I have also created the Art of Meditation Program which incorporates art, mindfulness and meditation.

I grew up in very rural New Zealand, where nature and the landscape played a huge role. Taking care of your own health and healing with the aid of nature and community was simply the way it was done.

My husband and I have two children aged 13 & 16 and have lived in Brooklyn for 15 years. We have 40 acres of wooded land in upstate New York, completely off-grid, solar and hydro power where I meditate, restore, create and harvest plants for healing to be used throughout the year.
